Since 1994, the NGFA Feed Quality Assurance Program has served as a model and a resource for implementing and improving feed quality assurance practices at hundreds of feed mills.
Now, the NGFA is offering the contents of this comprehensive, first-of-its-kind program in a new web-based distance learning format. The six-course program is designed for use by feed mill managers in training existing and new mill operators, as well as other personnel (such as administrative and sales staff), on feed safety regulatory requirements and feed quality assurance practices.
Course Features
The six courses – each approximately 45 minutes long – can be tailored to specific needs and taken independently or as the full program. In addition, the courses:
- Are delivered completely online in a self-paced format to fit your time schedule.
- Open for enrollment at all times.
- Contain an electronic Resource Section with reference materials that are available for download.
- Include a learning-assessment tool to evaluate knowledge gained.
